Our Fees & How to schedule a Consultation

Maria M. Cordon, P.C. offers consultations in person, via email, and by telephone - all directly with our principal, Maria Cordon.

Free Initial Consultation.
To obtain expert legal advice without leaving your own home or office, select the type of consultation you prefer, make a payment, and complete a questionnaire. If you hire Ms. Cordon within 30 calendar days from the date of the initial consultation and we agree in writing to represent you, your consultation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the fees billed so your initial consultation would be FREE.

1. Consultation by Telephone
Telephone consultation with Ms. Cordon is also available for a flat fee of $125 for up to 30 minutes. This session covers answers to questions you may have, a light amount of research, analysis of the case, and recommendations. Follow the Instructions outlined below and Ms. Cordon's assistant will then call you to arrange a mutually convenient time for the consultation.

2. Consultation by Email
Consultation by E-Mail is a $75.00 flat fee for up to 30 minutes. This email covers answers to questions you may have, a light amount of research, analysis of the case, and recommendations for non-immigration criminal matters. Criminal immigration and court matters will be billed at Ms. Cordon's regular hourly rate. ALL CONSULTATIONS BY E-MAIL WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PAYMENT

Instructions for Telephone or E-Mail Consultations
If you would like to obtain a telephone or e-mail Immigration Consultation, you may use a credit card or E check to pay. You may also send us a check, Western Union Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), or money order along with a printed copy of the Immigration Consultation Form.

3. Consultation In Person
In person consultation with Ms. Cordon is available by appointment. The cost is $75 for the 30 minutes at an introductory first-time only discounted rate. She will answer your questions, perform light research, analyze your situation and make recommendations regarding immigration non-criminal matters. Criminal immigration, court matters are charged at Ms. Cordon's regular hourly rate. Call (713) 528-2643 to schedule an appointment.
